Set in the Santa Cruz Mountains in Northern California, this farmhouse residence was designed by Cass Calder Smith (CCS) Architecture for a San Francisco couple with six children. The home is grounded in the landscape of an expansive twenty-acre site, located just inland from the beach town of Aptos on a steep bluff.

Designed by Olson Kundig architects and constructed by Bear Mountain Builders, the house was meant to embrace its natural environment in a way that allowed the family to experience the setting almost like they were still camping.

Just outside of Aspen, Colorado, where a small creek runs into the Roaring Fork River and a quiet street follows the riverbank, there is an extraordinary new residence constructed by local builders, Koru Limited, and designed by local architects and interior designers at Forum Phi.

Nestled in the forest northwest of Lake Tahoe, this character home features sleek rooflines, a massive wooden pivot door and amazing views of the Northstar Ski Slopes.
